If you’re a mum or dad of a little one, aged 3 months to a year, you’re probably starting to think about weaning.
It can really be such a magical time when your little one discovers and develops the skill of eating. During this exciting transition period it definitely helps if you know what to do. It can make it easy, straightforward and fun.
In this workshop we will cover all your weaning related questions. We’ll talk about when to start and what to feed your baby during their 4 developmental stages. We’ll also discuss if baby-lead-weaning, or puree feeding is for you or if you’re better off with a different approach.

About this Workshop

What is included?

We will have a 90 minute long video meeting via Zoom. There will be plenty of time to ask questions and discuss specific challenges your family might experience. You will also receive a ‘Weaning Stages 1-4 summary’ and recipe suggestions and cheat sheet for creating balanced meals and snacks.

How will it help you?

You will learn about when to start with solids and the four developmental stages of weaning. We will discuss baby-led weaning, puree feeding and combinations thereof and how to avoid common feeding mistakes. Most importantly, we will work to set your baby up for a positive relationship with food.

About Verena

Verena is a Registered Nutritionist, specialising in paediatric nutrition. She is registered with the Association for Nutrition, which means she has accredited qualifications and adheres to practice standards for scientifically sound evidence-based nutrition.
I have to admit I was apprehensive about how much I would get out of it as I had never done a Webinar before, but the depth and quality of information, the pace and the delivery were fantastic. Also, there was an option to write questions throughout and Verena stayed online after to answer all remaining questions." - ALYSSA, MUM OF ONE
