If you’re a mum or dad of a little one, aged 3 months to a year, you’re probably starting to think about weaning.
It can really be such a magical time when your little one discovers and develops the skill of eating. During this exciting transition period it definitely helps if you know what to do. It can make it easy, straightforward and fun.
In this workshop we will cover all your weaning related questions. We’ll talk about when to start and what to feed your baby during their 4 developmental stages. We’ll also discuss if baby-lead-weaning, or puree feeding is for you or if you’re better off with a different approach.
About this Workshop
We will have a 90 minute long video meeting via Zoom. There will be plenty of time to ask questions and discuss specific challenges your family might experience. You will also receive a ‘Weaning Stages 1-4 summary’ and recipe suggestions and cheat sheet for creating balanced meals and snacks.
You will learn about when to start with solids and the four developmental stages of weaning. We will discuss baby-led weaning, puree feeding and combinations thereof and how to avoid common feeding mistakes. Most importantly, we will work to set your baby up for a positive relationship with food.
After registration you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom meeting details. You are requested to install the Zoom Video meeting application on your computer (recommended), phone or tablet. You can download their free software here: https://zoom.us/. About 10 minutes before the session starts you will receive a reminder with the Zoom meeting details.

That’s entirely up to you. Some families do and some families don’t. It is however recommended to share the things you’ll be learning with the other parent or caregivers in the household.
What if I’m not available on one of these dates?
We’ll probably run this Workshop again on different dates. Please email us at email@example.com if you are interested and we’ll notify you once a new session is scheduled.
