This webinar is about how parents of children with developmental differences can become aware of trauma and learn how it impacts their children.

Who is it for?

The session is recommended for families with kids ages 12 with and below. Some content is specific about kids with developmental differences but all parents are welcome to join.

What is included?

We will have a 45 minute online webinar and there will be handouts and links to online resources.

How does it work?

After registration you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom meeting details. You are requested to install the Zoom Video meeting application on your computer (recommended), phone or tablet. You can download their free software here: https://zoom.us/. About 10 minutes before the session starts you will receive a reminder with the Zoom meeting details.

How will it help you?

You will come out of this session with new insights that will help you understand your family situation. As a follow-up to the webinar, Emily plans to offer a Workshop for deep and Group Coaching sessions in the near future.

Do I need to attend with my partner?

That’s entirely up to you. Some families do and some families don’t. It is however recommended to share the things you’ll be learning with the other parent or caregivers in the household.

What if I’m not available on the date it’s scheduled?

That is too bad! However, it’s quite likely we will do this Webinar again on different dates. Please email us at live@familyfive.app if you are interested and we’ll notify you once a new session is scheduled.

Can I also book 1-on-1 sessions with the Expert?

At the moment Family5 only offers sessions for groups of people. We do this keep it affordable and accessible. However, you are free to ask the Expert for contact details and request 1-on-1 sessions. If the Expert is fully booked you can check out the Family5 Expert network for other available Experts or book another group session instead.
