Setting limits is almost a buzz word when it comes to positive parenting…but what does it actually look like on the day to day of parenting?
If you know that being kind, firm and respectful is the right way of setting limits, but you sometimes struggle to see it though and put it into action, this group coaching is for you. I’ll be sharing meaningful and actionable ways to make a change that will actually stick
In this six week interactive group coaching series we’ll work on ways to encourage cooperation and find ways to work together to strengthen your relationship and your parenting bond.
About these sessions
This Setting Limits and Boundaries group coaching is offered as a 6 weeks series. Each session lasts for 1 hour and you can expect a lot of interaction.
The session is recommended for parents with children ages 2 to 5 and below. There is another series for kids ages 6 to 12.
We will have six 1-hour long video meetings via Zoom. With every session there will be a lot time for sharing and questions/answers. During the sessions you’ll get to share your stories and worries and listen to other parents who struggle with their parenting.
After registration you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom meeting details. You are requested to install the Zoom Video meeting application on your computer (recommended), phone or tablet. You can download their free software here: https://zoom.us/. About 10 minutes before the session starts you will receive a reminder with the Zoom meeting details.

Her work focuses on increasing cooperation, improving communication (listening without yelling) and reducing power struggles, all in a positive, non punitive way.
My frustration with trying to use positive parenting has been replaced with a better understanding on how to get my boys to listen and respect our family rules. This was very helpful. Thanks so much for the support and encouragement. " - Angelo J.

Do I need to attend with my partner?
That’s entirely up to you. Some families do and some families don’t. It is however recommended to share the things you’ll be learning with the other parent or caregivers in the household.
Do I have to share my personal situation with the group?
In Group Coaching we’re all learning from each other. Most parents find it extremely helpful to hear how other parents are tackling the same situations in their homes. Their questions for the coach may apply to you as well. Coaching is always in a very open and trusting environment, but of course you decide how much you want to share with the group.
Can I also book 1-on-1 coaching with the Coach?
At the moment Family5 only offers Group Coaching sessions. We do this keep it affordable and accessible. However, you are free to ask the Coach for contact details and request 1-on-1 coaching. If the coach is fully booked you can check out the Family5 Expert network for other available coaches or book another group session instead.
