Last night our parent community had a lively conversation with Weldon Pro Michelle Friedman on ways we can take care of ourselves (yes it can be done!) She asked us some pretty introspective questions (like the one above) that got us thinking about the positives we can take away from this time and how we can also make life a little bit easier for ourselves.

Michelle Friedman has spent her career working with students from kindergarten through the college years. She has worked in various settings including public education, and privately as an academic coach and consultant. Michelle earned her Ed.M. and Certificate of Advanced Studies in Counseling from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She received her BA in Psychology from University of Maryland, College Park.
