Young children are spending more time in front of glowing screens. Teachers and parents are concerned how all this “screen time” will affect our children’s developing brains.
In this workshop we will explore how to encourage children to practice self-control, self-regulation, develop a tech/life balance, and plug into healthy choices. We also ask, what is your relationship with technology? Our kids are watching us watch screens.

That’s entirely up to you. Some families do and some families don’t. It is however recommended to share the things you’ll be learning with the other parents or caregivers in the household.

What if I’m not available on one of these dates?

That is too bad! However, it’s quite likely we will do this Workshop again on different dates. Please email us at live@familyfive.app if you are interested and we’ll notify you once a new session is scheduled.

Can I also book 1-on-1 sessions with the Expert?

At the moment Family5 only offers Workshops for groups of people. We do this keep it affordable and accessible. However, you are free to ask the Expert for contact details and request 1-on-1 sessions. If the Expert is fully booked you can check out the Family5 Expert network for other available Experts or book another group session instead.
