Have you ever felt like a complete failure as a parent? If you have, you’re not alone. Parenting can be a challenging journey.
In this series of 6 Group Coaching sessions we focus on your Parenting Frame of Mind. If we want to be truly intentional about your parenting, we need to start with understanding and knowing what we want as a parent.
We’ll be in a judgment-free setting where we all will be sharing and learning from each other.
About these sessions
Parenting Frame of Mind Group Coaching is offered as a 3 weeks or 6 weeks series. Once the sessions are scheduled you can decide which would fit better for you.
The session is recommended for all parents that could use a bit of support on their journey of parenthood.
Depending on the session, we will have three or six 1-hour long video meetings via Zoom. With every session there will be a lot time for sharing and questions/answers. During the sessions you’ll get to share your stories and worries and listen to other parents who struggle with their parenting. We will learn how to set your Parenting Frame of Mind that will help you find the approach that works best for your family.
After registration you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom meeting details. You are requested to install the Zoom Video meeting application on your computer (recommended), phone or tablet. You can download their free software here: https://zoom.us/. About 10 minutes before the session starts you will receive a reminder with the Zoom meeting details.

Do I need to attend with my partner?
That’s entirely up to you. Some families do and some families don’t. It is however recommended to share the things you’ll be learning with the other parent or caregivers in the household.
Do I have to share my personal situation with the group?
In Group Coaching we’re all learning from each other. Most parents find it extremely helpful to hear how other parents are tackling the same situations in their homes. Their questions for the coach may apply to you as well. Coaching is always in a very open and trusting environment, but of course you decide how much you want to share with the group.
Can I also book 1-on-1 coaching with the Coach?
At the moment Family5 only offers Group Coaching sessions. We do this keep it affordable and accessible. However, you are free to ask the Coach for contact details and request 1-on-1 coaching. If the coach is fully booked you can check out the Family5 Expert network for other available coaches or book another group session instead.
