Do I need to attend with my partner?

That’s entirely up to you. Some families do and some families don’t. It is however recommended to share the things you’ll be learning with the other parent or caregivers in the household.

Do I have to share my personal situation with the group?

In group coaching we are all learning from each other. Most parents find it extremely helpful to hear how other parents are tackling the same situations in their homes. Their questions for the coach may apply to you as well. Coaching is always in a very open and trusting environment, but of course you decide how much you want to share with the group.

What if I’m not available on the date of the session?

We’ll probably run these sessions again on different dates. Please contact us at live@familyfive.app to see what we can arrange.

Can I also book 1-on-1 coaching with the Coach?

At the moment Family5 only offers Group Coaching sessions. We do this keep it affordable and accessible. However, you are free to ask the Coach for contact details and request 1-on-1 coaching. If the coach is fully booked you can check out the Family5 Expert network for other available coaches or book another group session instead.
