In this six week interactive coaching series, we’ll be in a small group of parents to learn about conscious parenting and receive answers and coaching around your specific home situation.
We’ll be in a safe environment where we learn and grow together knowing that a “perfect parent” doesn’t exist but a parent willing to be vulnerable and curious creates a foundation of connection.
Some of the skills you will learn are how to decipher what your child’s behavior is trying to tell you, how to pause so you can respond instead of react, and how to create calmness within you and your home.
About these sessions
The Conscious Parenting Coaching Circle is offered as a 6 weeks series. Each session lasts for 2 hours so there will be plenty of time to discuss your personal family challenges.
The session is recommended for parents with children ages 8 and below.
We will have six 2-hour long video meetings via Zoom. With every session there will be a lot time for sharing and questions/answers. During the sessions you’ll get to share your stories and worries and listen to other parents who struggle with their parenting.
After registration you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom meeting details. You are requested to install the Zoom Video meeting application on your computer (recommended), phone or tablet. You can download their free software here: https://zoom.us/. About 10 minutes before the session starts you will receive a reminder with the Zoom meeting details.

Do I need to attend with my partner?
That’s entirely up to you. Some families do and some families don’t. It is however recommended to share the things you’ll be learning with the other parent or caregivers in the household.
Do I have to share my personal situation with the group?
In Group Coaching we’re all learning from each other. Most parents find it extremely helpful to hear how other parents are tackling the same situations in their homes. Their questions for the coach may apply to you as well. Coaching is always in a very open and trusting environment, but of course you decide how much you want to share with the group.
Can I also book 1-on-1 coaching with the Coach?
At the moment Family5 only offers Group Coaching sessions. We do this keep it affordable and accessible. However, you are free to ask the Coach for contact details and request 1-on-1 coaching. If the coach is fully booked you can check out the Family5 Expert network for other available coaches or book another group session instead.
