Do you have a kid who hits, bites, pushes or scratches? You are not alone!!
In this series of three 1-hour group coaching sessions we’ll talk about the root causes of aggression, how you can help your aggressive child, and how you can address your own tension as you handle these difficult situations.
About this session
You’ll get to share your stories and worries and listen to other parents who struggle with the same issue. We will learn easy to implement strategies and techniques that will help you manage challenging situations with your aggressive child. We’ll be in a non-judgmental setting with a small group of parents and caregivers, so we’ll all be learning from each other.
The session is recommended for families with kids showing aggressive behaviour ages 10 and below.
We will have three 1-hour long video calls. We start with a one-hour of sharing and questions/answer session. By the end of the session you will have a clear idea of how you can apply the things you learned. In the following sessions we will discuss what is working well for your family, what isn’t and why. As part of this class, you will also have access to online videos of topic specific content.
After registration you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom meeting details. You are requested to install the Zoom Video meeting application on your computer (recommended), phone or tablet. You can download their free software here: https://zoom.us/. About 10 minutes before the session starts you will receive a reminder with the Zoom meeting details.
You will come out of this session with clear strategies and practical tips that will help you and your family deal with your aggressive child.

Do I need to attend with my partner?
That’s entirely up to you. Some families do and some families don’t. It is however recommended to share the things you’ll be learning with the other parent or caregivers in the household.
Do I have to share my personal situation with the group?
In group coaching we’re all learning from each other. Most parents find it extremely helpful to hear how other parents are tackling the same situations in their homes. Their questions for the coach may apply to you as well. Coaching is always in a very open and trusting environment, but of course you decide how much you want to share with the group.
What if I’m not available on one of these dates?
We’ll probably run these sessions again on different dates. Please contact us at live@familyfive.app to see what we can arrange.
Can I also book 1-on-1 coaching with the Coach?
At the moment Family5 only offers Group Coaching sessions. We do this keep it affordable and accessible. However, you are free to ask the Coach for contact details and request 1-on-1 coaching. If the coach is fully booked you can check out the Family5 Expert network for other available coaches or book another group session instead.
