Live workshop via Zoom
United States
Tina Feigal MS Ed.
Parenting Coach
Center for the Challenging Child
Are your children disrupting, annoying, irritating or even violent and dangerous at times? Do you feel the typical parenting techniques don’t seem to work for your family? Then these sessions are for you.
We’ll look at the cause of the unwanted behaviors by honing in on how parent-to-child communication affects the child’s body. This is a 1-hour Workshop in which we’ll be discussing some of the challenges you’re experiencing and then look into what would be required to make the change towards a more peaceful home.

You (Tina) listened to me and really seemed to hear where I was coming from. You offered excellent suggestions for useful methods to try, and suggested meaningful words and phrases to help my kids understand where I am coming from. You helped build my confidence too - before our first session I really felt like I was doing it all wrong. Not only did you assure me that wasn’t true but rather you pointed out all of the things that I was doing right. - Amy Kalal

Do I need to attend with my partner?

That’s entirely up to you. Some families do and some families don’t. It is however recommended to share the things you’ll be learning with the other parent or caregivers in the household.

Do I have to share my personal situation with the group?

In these sessions we’re all learning from each other. Most parents find it extremely helpful to hear how other parents are tackling the same situations in their homes. Their questions for the coach may apply to you as well. The sessions is always in a very open and trusting environment, but of course you decide how much you want to share with the group.

What if I’m not available on one of these dates?

We’ll probably offer this session again on different dates. Please email us at live@familyfive.app if you are interested and we’ll notify you once a new session is scheduled.

Can I also book 1-on-1 coaching with the Coach?

At the moment Family5 only offers Group Coaching sessions. We do this keep it affordable and accessible. However, you are free to ask the Coach for contact details and request 1-on-1 coaching. If the coach is fully booked you can check out the Family5 Expert network for other available coaches or book another group session instead.
