About this Workshop
We will have a 60 minute long video meeting via Zoom. There will be plenty of time to ask questions and discuss specific challenges your family might experience.
This session is recommended for parents of kids ages 4 to 10 but others are welcome to join too.
You will learn to understand anxiety and sensitivity in children. By knowing this you will be able to respond more effectively when your child needs your support and you can help them build resilience.
After registration you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom meeting details. You are requested to install the Zoom Video meeting application on your computer (recommended), phone or tablet. You can download their free software here: https://zoom.us/. About 10 minutes before the session starts you will receive a reminder with the Zoom meeting details.

Do I need to attend with my partner?
That’s entirely up to you. Some families do and some families don’t. It is however recommended to share the things you’ll be learning with the other parent or caregivers in the household.
What if I’m not available on one of these dates?
We’ll probably offer this Workshop again on different dates. Please email us at live@familyfive.app if you are interested and we’ll notify you once a new session is scheduled.
Can I also book 1-on-1 sessions with the Expert?
At the moment Family5 only offers Workshops for groups of people. We do this keep it affordable and accessible. However, you are free to ask the Expert for contact details and request 1-on-1 sessions. If the Expert is fully booked you can check out the Family5 Expert network for other available Experts or book another group session instead.
